Iris is a German language teacher in Hannover. She grew up in the region, but has also lived abroad and has learned to love Persian cuisine. In this podcast she tells us how this happened. And she shares recipes for the beloved meals of her childhood in a little Lower Saxonian village: roulades and mashed potatoes. Also, she gives tips for a good roast leg of lamb.
