Harold Gordillo about cuisine in Colombia and Spain

Harold grew up in Colombia until he was 17 years old, then moved to Spain where he studied. For a couple of years he lives now in Ireland, in a little place called Virginia. In this episode he compares culinary traditions from Colombia, Spain and Ireland. He presents us with his favourite Colombian food, Bandeja Paisa, which has some similiarties to English breakfast.
